The SocialCraft Project’s full Terms & Conditions

1. Participants are free to work from home or on the go, provided that they create engagements for the client.
2. All actions must be completed within 6 hours.
3. The SocialCraft Project’s client base is to remain anonymous. Sharing confidential information regarding The SocialCraft Project in a formal or informal setting is considered a breach of contract.
4. Job Requirements:
   • An active Facebook account with 300 or more friends OR 500 or more followers
   • A participant’s Facebook account needs to be active and has a legitimate profile picture.
5. Participants are to download and use Telegram (messaging app). This app will be the main channel of communication between The SocialCraft Project and Participants.
6. Participants must have an active Grab Pay or Touch ‘n Go account as all payments will be made through either of these channels only.
7. A participant will be considered an employee of The SocialCraft Project upon a successful screening for requirements and will be notified via email.

Before proceeding, it is vital that you agree to the TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1. All information collected will be treated as highly confidential and only shared between the The SocialCraft Project and its client.
2. A participant is required to adhere to the task given to engage with a comment relevant to the given topic/article.
3. Description of engagements
   • Facebook Comment – Each comment must have a substantial value that adds to the conversation of each post. Emojis or shortly worded reactions will be considered as an incomplete task.
4. All engagements made needs to be screen captured TWICE. With a timestamp upon posting or completing action (1) and after 7 days of posting (2) No post should be deleted for 90 days. All screenshots must include statistics such as number of comments.
5. All postings done must be on completed on the participant’s Public Profile..
6. All actions and engagements will be recorded and accumulated by the end of each calendar month. A notification will be sent to each participant that will tally their total engagements for that month.
7. Upon receiving a POW (Proof of Work) Report, the participant will be paid within 45 days.
8. Payments will only be made via Grab Pay or Touch ‘n Go, and all participants are required to have an account.
9. Should any participant choose to stop or drop out after signing up, payment can be held by The SocialCraft Project as compensation for the drop out.

Should a participant wish to terminate their commitment to The SocialCraft Project, official request of termination is to be made via email.

Any drop out will result in a frozen payment, whereby The SocialCraft Project has the right to hold your payment without notice.

If for any reason should The SocialCraft Project believe that a participant has not complied with the Terms and Conditions, we may, at our sole discretion cancel the payment or discontinue liaison with the participant/employee in a more serious violation.

SIGNING UP CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE, DO NOT PROCEED.
